Globally known as DMC (Destination Management Company), it caters and servicing foreign tourists and travelers who come to Indonesia by providing them with a myriad package tours to exotic and unique places throughout Indonesia; the company’s endeavor is to make it as an unforgettable and yet memorable moment for the tourists handled.

  • The Division’s Business Lines: (a) Incoming Tours Services for overseas markets / foreign tourist, (b) Incentive Group Package Arrangements, (c) Domestic Package Tours, (d) Indonesia’s Hotel Consolidators
  • The Division’s main markets: West Europe, East Europe, Scandinavian Countries, North America (USA & Canada), Russian Countries, China, East Asia, South-East Asia, as well as Australia & New Zealand.
  • The Division’s Main Operational Offices: Jakarta (Head Office), Medan, Jogyakarta, Bali, Lombok, Labuhan Bajo, and Makassar.


Universally known as TMC (Travel Management Company), it caters and servicing Corporate - Retail - and Consolidator market segments with products ranging from Ticketing, Leisure Package Tours (Domestic & International), Incentive Package Tours (Domestic & International), and Travel Documents handling.

  • The Division’s Business Lines: (a) Leisure & Retail Travel Services, (b) Corporate Travel Management Services, (c) Package Tours, Tickets, and Hotel Consolidators, and (d) Tours & Travel Franchise.
  • The Division’s Main Operational Offices: Jakarta (Head Office), several Branch Offices in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Beijing.
  • The Division’s Franchise network: Medan, Palembang, Bandar Lampung, Bangka, Cilegon, several offices in Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Semarang, Jogyakarta, Solo, Malang, Surabaya, Lombok, Palu, Gorontalo, and Manado.
  • This Division is also leveraging 2 (two) global strategic partner’s brands: Carlson Wagonlits Travel, and Chan Brothers Travel.

MEDIA Pillar

This pillar is a transformation from a former pillar namely MICE Pillar; as this pillar growing bigger, we include some other line of businesses and name it as Media Pillar.

  • The Division’s Business Lines: (a) MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions), (b) Publication, (c) E-Commerce, and (d) Live Entertainments.
  • The Division’s Main Operational Offices: Jakarta (Head Office), and Bali.
  • This Division is also leveraging 1 (one) global strategic partner’s brands: Reed Exhibition International (one of the world’s biggest exhibition corporation)
  • In the publishing line, this Division has been publishing a bi-monthly "PANORAMA" travel magazine.
  • In the e-commerce line, this Division had published several B2B and B2C platforms.


Companies under the Transportation Pillar provide some different transportation services, such as: Tourism Transportation, General Transportation, Scheduled Executive Shuttle Bus, Car Rental, Premium Taxi, as well as Regular Taxi services.

  • This Division is leveraging some distinguished brands, such as: White Horse Deluxe Coach, Gray Line Daily Sightseeing, White Horse Rent-A-Car, JogLoSemar, DayTrans, White Horse Premium Cab, and White Horse Taxi
  • The Division’s Main Operational Offices: Jakarta (Head Office), Palembang, Bandung, Jogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Purwokerto, and Bali.
  • This Division is also leveraging 2 (two) global strategic partner’s brands: Gray Line International, and EuropCar


Today, this pillar known as hospitality management companies provide a wide range of expertise to deliver premium and sustainable returns, yet reinventing innovative products for Hotel accommodation, Food & Beverages Services, Theme Parks, and Outdoor Activities type of services.

  • Join venturing with our international strategic partner, Carlson Rezidor International, we established and operates the CPH (Carlson Panorama Hospitality) that leverage several international hotel brands, such as: Radisson Blu, Radisson, and Park Inn by Radisson.
