Jakarta, July 31, 2025 – PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (IDX: PANR) recorded solid performance growth in the first half of 2025, with revenue increasing by 19.2% from IDR 1.5 trillion to IDR 1.8 trillion. The Company also posted a 41% increase in net profit, rising from IDR 28.9 billion to IDR 40.9 billion.
In addition, the Company successfully reduced its bank loans by 67% (equivalent to IDR 336 billion), from IDR 499 billion to IDR 163 billion compared to December 31, 2024. The bank debt-to-equity ratio also improved significantly, declining from 0.42x to 0.15x. As a result, the Company’s liquidity has strengthened, making it well-positioned to support future business growth.
This positive performance in the first half was largely driven by the strong growth of the Inbound business pillar, which serves international tourists across four Southeast Asian countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The Inbound segment recorded a 34% revenue growth compared to the first half of 2024.
The Company also resumed operations at its office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to better serve holiday demand from the European market within the Indo-China region. Previously, the Vietnam office was closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the reopening, Panorama now has a presence in key Southeast Asian travel destinations.
According to ASEAN Skyline’s 2024 tourist arrival data, the most visited countries were: Thailand (35.5 million), Malaysia (25 million), Vietnam (17.6 million), Singapore (16.5 million), and Indonesia (13.9 million), with the remainder spread across Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, and Myanmar.
“Southeast Asia is one of the world’s regions with a vast array of cultural, natural, culinary, and leisure travel options. With our extensive experience and reach in source markets such as Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and Canada, we aim to offer global travelers more diverse travel and holiday destinations. Of course, we also aspire to be a leading tourism player in the Southeast Asian region,” said AB Sadewa, Corporate Secretary of PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk.
Meanwhile, the Travel and Leisure business pillar posted a 17% growth in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period last year. To capture the upcoming year-end holiday (Nataru 2025) momentum, the Company is actively participating in a series of travel fairs in collaboration with various international and domestic airline partners, held from July through mid-September 2025. These events are supported by attractive tour packages to popular destinations such as Europe, Japan, South Korea, and other Southeast Asian countries.
Panorama remains optimistic about its full-year 2025 performance outlook, supported by continued strength in the Inbound segment and a projected rebound in the Travel and Leisure segment toward the end of the year.
