Recording Positive Perfomance in 2024, Panorama Distributes Dividens

Jakarta, April 30, 2025 — PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk, a tourism issuer, held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 30, 2025, in Jakarta. The issuer, with stock code PANR, recorded positive performance throughout 2024, achieving an increase in Operating Revenue from Rp 2.85 trillion in 2023 to Rp 3.09 trillion in 2024. The Company also recorded a Net Profit for 2024 of Rp 335.3 billion, and the AGMS approved a dividend distribution of Rp. 60 per share, equivalent to 25% of the Net Profit.

In 2024, PANR undertook 2 Corporate Actions, namely a Rights Issue at the beginning of 2024 and the divestment of a subsidiary at the end of 2024. Through these two corporate actions, the Company successfully raised funds to strengthen its financial structure, including repaying a portion of bank debt and increasing the Company's working capital reserves, which ultimately made PANR fundamentally healthier and provided room for the Company to grow faster and provide positive returns for its shareholders.

The Company believes that global dynamics such as the reciprocal tariff issue currently imposed by the United States government do not have an impact on the Company, given that tourism is a service business that is not included in the scope of the "tariff war." Considering this, the Company is confident that tourism can be relied upon to be an engine of national economic growth amidst fluctuating economic conditions. The dynamics of currency depreciation can increase competitiveness and encourage visits from foreign tourists to Indonesia or to countries where the Company operates, because those countries or destinations become more affordable and can attract foreign tourists for holidays or business.

The Company's performance in Q1/2025 also grew positively, with a recorded revenue growth of 31.8% compared to the same period in 2024. This reflects that the Company's strategies, implemented amidst dynamic external conditions and pressures, have successfully yielded positive results. Both the Inbound and Travel & Leisure businesses recorded more moderate performance, considering the earlier arrival of Ramadan this year, which resulted in most customers or companies scheduling their trips after Ramadan.

Facing 2025, Panorama has prepared a series of strategic steps to strengthen its position in the regional tourism industry. These strategies include:

  • Strengthening the inbound business in the Southeast Asia region (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines);
  • Strengthening the inbound & outbound business through in-depth market research and the segmentation of attractive and creative products;
  • Optimizing work processes through Smart-Operation and utilizing the sophistication of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and real-time business dashboards to support adaptive decision-making;
  • Expanding the distribution network through strengthening omni-channel channels;
  • And a commitment to becoming a sustainability-focused tourism company by integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into all business processes and product development.

Panorama is optimistic that with adaptive strategies and a focus on sustainability, the company will be able to maintain positive performance while making a real contribution to the growth of the national and regional tourism industry
